What warranty does Camera Market include with its cameras?
Every refurbished camera and lens comes with a standard 6-month warranty covering any functional defect. The warranty is fully handled by our in-house technical team in Spain, with no third parties involved.
What condition are the refurbished cameras in?
Each camera undergoes a full technical inspection: deep cleaning, shutter test, sensor, electronics, batteries and lenses when applicable. The cosmetic condition is detailed on every product page with real photographs.
Can I return a camera if I am not satisfied?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return it without giving any reason. We refund the full amount once we verify the product arrives in the same condition it was sent.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping to Spain and the European Union takes 3 to 5 business days. For international destinations (Americas, Asia, Oceania) the delivery window is 7 to 14 days. Every shipment includes a tracking number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bizum and bank transfer. We also offer financing in up to 12 monthly installments through PayPal Pay Later.
How is each camera inspected before being sold?
Our technical team runs a 12-point protocol on every unit: internal and external cleaning, shutter actuation count, sensor check, autofocus, light meter, batteries and connectivity. Any defect found is disclosed in the product description.
What condition grades do you use to classify your gear?
We use five standardized grades: Like New (barely used, no marks), Excellent (minimal signs of use), Very Good (normal use, no damage), Good (visible use, fully functional) and Fair (heavy use but operational). The grade is always shown on the product page.
Do you have a physical store where I can pick up or test the gear?
Yes, we have a physical store in Barcelona where you can collect your order, test the gear before buying or bring your own equipment for trade-in or valuation. We work by appointment to ensure personalized service.
What post-sale support do you offer after the purchase?
Support via email, WhatsApp and phone during business hours. If your camera has any issue within the warranty period we repair or replace it at no cost. For technical questions or help with usage you can also contact us with no commitment.
Can I extend the warranty to 12 or 24 months?
Yes. We offer an optional extended warranty of 12 months (≈10% of retail price) and 24 months (≈19% of retail price), paid once. The extended warranty covers the same functional defects as the standard one and includes free round-trip shipping.
